On March 18 and 19, all computers of WebArchitects will be checked and made ready for donation to an organization in need of equipment.
In daily life also, WebArchitects’ employees contribute to a green environment. Some of them drive hybrid cars in order to reduce toxins. In addition, the team enjoys a daily biological lunch with fair trade products, and some managers volunteer as a tutor at a primary school in Amsterdam every month.
‘Drempelvrij’
To integrate the CSR aspect in its core business, WebArchitects introduced ‘drempelvrij’ developed websites and web shops. The latest edition of E-business platform RightClick, Nano, offers this possibility to organizations and companies. A website or web shop based on RightClick Nano, enables people with a disability to acces the site or shop as well. A requirement like this becomes more and more a priority for organizations because of technical process and the increasing importance of CSR.
Make A Wish Foundation and Ronald McDonald Foundation
On top of all this, the creative internet agency also supports charities, like the Ronald McDonald Foundation and the Make A Wish Foundation. Recently, WebArchitects developed a new website for the Make A Wish Foundation’s Bizz Breakfast. For years, the foundation is taking care of wishes of children with serious diseases. To make wishes come true, the foundation monthly organizes a breakfast for businesses, which has its own website. The new website is launched this month.
