WEBARCHITECTS DEVELOPS LOYALTY PLATFORM FOR CARD2SHARE

Amsterdam, December 3 2010 – Card2share Netherlands BV from Leiden has signed for the development of an online communication platform managed by full service internet agency WebArchitects. This is in order for the launch of a revolutionary marketing and loyalty platform called CardBlanche. The corresponding loyalty card program brings together the interests of cardholders, companies and social institutions.

WebArchitects will account for the technical development and implementation using the E-business platform RightClick. There is also a close collaboration with advertising agency The Big Mix, founded by Harry Kramp, ex CEO of JWT, and Wouter Kieviet de Jonge.

Revolutionary loyalty program
Dick Nijland, General Manager of Card2share tells about the new loyalty program: “The program is going to be revolutionary. We will market a card with which you can save, pay and call. Consumers can use this card like a normal payment card. A few existing loyalty cards will be integrated in this new card. In the end, it brings you less plastic in your wallet. The platform has to connect with several organizations like Intersolve and FEET. Also, it has to support the marketing interaction between the participating companies and institutions on one hand, and cardholders and consumers on the other hand. The project is quite large; we count on four million cardholders and on the long term, the project goes international. For the realization of the platform we were looking for a company that has experience with all these facets and is the best supplier on its field. We choose for WebArchitects, a company with over ten years of experience and that has already proved to be able to develop and manage several complex projects.”
