New possibilities
On the website www.pdawereld.nl consumers can go for among other things PDA’s, mobile phones and navigation systems. In contrast to the current web shop, the new web shop will feature an additional service that enables online shoppers to order accessories and parts of products that are no longer available. Every product page will not only show the newest Electronics collections, but will also show the older product models of the preferred product. Besides, the look and feel of the web shop will change. When the new site of PDA World is live, visitors will be pleased by a new design.
The web shop will be build based on the E-business RightClick platform. This is software that enables organizations to manage their own website(s) and web shop(s). Showing non-available products and ordering accessories of those, is one of the many possibilities of the RightClick back office. Together with the new web shop, a connection between RightClick and XPOS will be established. RightClick also enables PDA World to use the advanced marketing tools like the E-marketing module and extensive cross and up selling possibilities.
